I had been looking for an E Class coupe for ages and there are lots around and a lot are rubbish. Then I saw Richard’s advertisement on Autotrader, I booked to visit, with only a couple of hours notice (sorry Richard!) the car was spotless and immaculately presented and more importantly exactly what I had been looking for. After a lengthy test drive, there was zero hard sell and I was given time to consider my next move. Deal done!I cannot recommend Richard enough.
Richard had the exact car we wanted at what I am confident was a competitive price. We went along, had a chat and a test drive, and drove it home an hour or so later. I've left it a month before writing to give time for any obvious issues to arise (second hand cars are always going to have some risk of unknown faults, regardless of the integrity of the dealership), and we are all good so far. The set up is a little unusual (essentially a dealership in a back garden!) but don't let that put you off - Richard comes across as an honest, genuine and nice bloke, and the reviews on here are a testiment to his professionalism, consistency and quality.
I don't often use the word 'exceptional' however Rich at Woodchurch cars provided what can only be described as an exceptional service. From the moment I spoke with Rich he was polite, professional and attentive to my needs. All of my queries were answered in a timely manner and I couldn't wait to view the car. I was given plenty of time to view and test drive the car. I felt under no pressure or obligation at any time. Once we agreed a deal, the car was ready with fresh black rims a new MOT and ready to collect on a day that fit into my very busy schedule. I honestly cannot thank Rich enough for being so friendly and accommodating at a time when I needed it the most.
